Anti-Spam Policy

effective = August 13, 2026

Our commitment

Mireye prohibits the advertising of mireye.com, or any Mireye product or service, through unsolicited bulk email. This prohibition applies to Mireye employees, to anyone acting on Mireye's behalf, and to any third party, vendor, reseller or partner. We do not operate an affiliate programme and we do not authorise any party to promote mireye.com by email on our behalf.

What we do not do

  • We do not purchase, rent or trade bulk email lists, and we do not email addresses obtained from such lists.
  • We do not use visitor de-anonymisation or identity-resolution services, and we do not email addresses derived from anonymous website traffic.
  • We do not harvest addresses by scraping web pages, and we do not send to role or catch-all addresses gathered in bulk.
  • We do not forge or obscure sender information, headers, or the originating domain of any message.

What we do

Mireye sends business-to-business correspondence from its own domain to named individuals at companies in the commercial real estate, land development and data centre industry, where there is a specific and identifiable business reason to write to that person. Messages identify the sender by name and company, are sent from a monitored address, and are limited in volume.

Opting out

A reply asking not to be contacted is honoured on receipt, with no further messages of any kind. You do not need to use a particular word or form. To be removed from all Mireye correspondence, write to abuse@mireye.com.

Reporting a violation

If you received unsolicited email advertising mireye.com, we want to see it. Send the message with its full headers to abuse@mireye.com and we will investigate, terminate any relationship with the sender responsible, and confirm the outcome to you. Reports are reviewed by a person, not a filter.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
