How it works

1. Discover one candidate in Maricopa County, Arizona, between 100 and 1,000 acres. Replace these illustrative criteria with the user's requirements. Every Search needs a positive state or state2 filter using eq or a nonempty in list of two-letter US state codes; county is optional.
2. Run one paid Search page with enrich: false and a $0.20 maximum cost. Allow 210 seconds for the shared 180-second server budget. This returns thin parcel identity, not the premium attributes used in filters or a ranked best site.
3. Inspect status and completion_reason. Limited or partial results leave coverage incomplete; keep confirmed candidates and never interpret an empty partial page as no matches. Only continue when another page is needed and its cost is within the user's scope.
4. For cited attributes on the parcels a Search returns, choose inline enrich: true with a small Enrich field selection and an appropriate whole-call cost ceiling. This is a new paid Search operation; it does not upgrade an earlier response. Empty or omitted fields with enrichment enabled requests the complete current catalog.
5. For a separate property investigation, send the actual returned address or analysis_point to Enrich. It performs its own parcel match: compare identity before associating the new evidence with the Search row. An APN or nearby coordinate alone cannot prove it is the same parcel.
